2024 5th International Conference on Applied Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering (ICAMME 2024) Was Successfully Held!
From December 20 to 22, 2024, the 5th International Conference on Applied Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering (ICAMME 2024) was successfully held in the beautiful city of Changsha.
First, Associate Professor Du Fengming from Dalian Maritime University, a recipient of the Liaoning Province "Hundred Thousand Talents Project" award, delivered a keynote presentation titled "Research on Thermal and Mechanical Behavior of Marine Steel During Continuous Casting Mold."
Subsequently, Professor Yusri Yusof, a member of the Board of Directors of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia and faculty member of the Faculty of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, and Professor Kamil Arslan, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Karabük University in Turkey, gave online keynote presentations and engaged in Q&A sessions with the live audience in Changsha via remote connection.
Associate Professor Gao Pan, Deputy Director of the Marine Engineering Technology Research Center at Shanghai Maritime University, also delivered an insightful keynote presentation titled "Structural Performance of Offshore Bonded Composite Hose."
In addition, dozens of scholars from prestigious institutions including Dalian University of Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Maritime University, Nanjing Tech University, North University of China, and Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology were invited to present oral reports at the conference.
2024 5th International Conference on Applied Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering (ICAMME 2024) was chaired by Associate Professor Du Fengming and Associate Professor Gao Pan. The conference aimed to bring together all participants to explore and identify future directions and trends in the fields of mechanical engineering and applied mechanics, expand professional networks, and gain first-hand information on the latest technologies and applications.
